The 2026–2027 Softball Season is almost here, and we can't wait to welcome everyone back to the diamond!

The first round of Junior and Senior games will commence on 31 October 2026. To ensure your team is included in the draw, all team registrations must be submitted by 2 October 2026. Competition schedules will be released prior to the start of the season.

Congratulations on your commitment to the game of softball and for helping grow clubs within your local communities. Your passion and dedication are what continue to make our sport stronger every season.

Whether you're an experienced player, completely new to the game, or a full team looking for a new club to call home, Franklin Softball welcomes players of all ages, abilities, and experience levels. We'd love to help you get involved, so please get in touch for more information.

Franklin is one of the fastest-growing communities in New Zealand, and our softball family continues to grow alongside it. This season, we're proud to have more than 850 members, ranging in age from 4 to 74+ years, enjoying our great game.
