The Franklin Softball Association was established in September 2021 as a result of a surge in population to the local area highlighting a need for an additional association to provide softball support to the community.

Franklin is located south of Auckland with boundaries stretching from Ramarama in the north, to Pokeno in the south, Waiuku in the west and Mangatangi in the east.

The association offers both a local men's and women’s competition based out of the Colin Lawrie Fields in Pukekohe, as well as a t-ball and modified softball league for children ages 5-12.

Junior competitive players (13-19 years old) compete in the Auckland Softball Association Representative competitions.

The Franklin Softball Association aims to continue to grow as an association and provide opportunities for our young elite athletes to compete at the highest level possible.

The Franklin area is the fastest growing community in all of New Zealand!

Currently the Franklin Softball Association is proud to have two rapidly growing clubs leading the way. Shout out to Pukekohe and Waiuku for your dedication to the sport, perseverance, and growth this year. Well done!

We are currently looking to expand to Tuakau, Pokeno, Bombay, Patumahoe and Clarks Beach. If you are interested in being involved in these areas to please contact us. We'd love to hear from you.
